6. ARE THERE ANY OPEN CAREER, INTERNSHIP, OR MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES?

3. WHAT TYPES OF TRIPS DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

Clients typically initiate the planning process a year in advance. This applies to honeymoons, birthday trips, and retreats. The best practice for all other inquiries is 6 months at minimum. This timeline allows for essential tasks like obtaining visas, renewing passports, securing the best hotel room, planning activities, and ensuring the coordination of unique or romantic experiences.

2. WHEN SHOULD I START PLANNING OR SUBMIT MY TRAVEL INQUIRY?

Our role is to take care of all the correspondence ahead of your check in and extend hotel perks due to our luxury hotel affiliations. To do this, we must make your booking to access to your reservation. If you’ve identified a property that you’d like to stay at let us know (we may already work with them).

If you are looking to self book your entire trip to redeem points or maintain status with online booking platforms, we may not be the right fit for you.

5. I FOUND A HOTEL AND WANT TO SELF BOOK, IS THAT OKAY?

While anyone can plan a trip or book a hotel room, Care of Travel takes a different approach. We adopt a "no stone left unturned" philosophy. Consolidating the information overload – spreadsheets, bookmarked videos, open tabs – and turning it into a beautiful and bespoke itinerary, meant only for you.

Our high-touch service ensures you benefit from local insight, save time, experience seamless coordination, and, most importantly, enjoy peace of mind from start to finish.

1. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH a travel company?

Two words: Luxury outdoors. Whether you want to go on 7 night safari or to a remote beach resort that can only be accessed via speedboat, we got you. We are hidden gem locators. Our expertise lies in crafting intimate experiences in strategically diverse locations that embrace enrichment and slow travel.

4. HOW DO PAYMENTS plans WORK?

Payments are determined by our suppliers (hotel, transportation company, tour operator, etc.). Once your itinerary is approved, you will be required to pay anywhere from 20-50% of your total trip cost to secure your arrangements. About 45-30 days before arrival, the remaining balance will be withdrawn.
